The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle came forward with her first TV appearance after she and her husband Prince Harry parted ways with the British royal family.
In an interview from last year Meghan can be seen talking about her anticipated return to the big screen with Disney+ movie “Elephant”.
Meghan revealed in an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America that she is grateful to have such an opportunity to be part of bringing the story of Elephant to life. She is very lucky to be able to have a hands-on experience with elephants in their natural habitat.
She added that when you spend time connecting to them and the other wildlife, you really understand we have a role to play in their preservation and their safety. The creatures are so majestic and at the same time they are so sensitive and so connected. We see in this film just how remarkable they are. Their memories are amazing. The close connection of the herd, the protectiveness of their young. I think they're a lot more like us than they are different.
Elephant was released on Disney+ on the 3rd of April 2020.
