Brenda Fassie, a legendary musician, would have celebrated her 52nd birthday today.
Fassie, nicknamed MaBrrrr, passed away on 9 May 2004 at the age of 39 when her life support machine was turned off.
Fassie fell into a coma and post-mortem revealed that she had overdosed on cocaine.
Fans took to Twitter to wish the late Fassie a happy birthday, with all of the agreeing that she will forever be remembered.
