The streaming service announced last week that they will be covering all of Bafana Bafana’s matches in the Africa Cup of Nations. South Africa are in GroupD with Morocco, Ivory Coast and Namibia.
Soccer fans will be able to start watching from today when the campaign kicks off at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, playing opponents, Ivory Coast.
The new sport section is available on all Showmax apps and platforms except for Apple TV, Xbox and PlayStation, and some smart TVs and is currently only available in South Africa. This is all inclusive of the monthly premium of just R99 per month.
