SA youth thank essential service workers with a medley

A group of youth collaborated to deliver a stunning performance as an effort to uplift the spirit of all South Africans during lockdown. Most importantly. The performance is a thank you to all essential service workers during lockdown.

The collaborative performance is titled ‘The Ultimate South African Song Medley’. Songs that have been includes were selected across genres that we have been singing and dancing to for the past 50 years.

South African favorites that have been included in the performance come from artist such as Brenda Fassie, Kurt Darren, Mandoza, PJ Powers, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, The Parlotones, Miriam Makheba, Four Jacks and a Jill, Sonja Herholdt and Mafikozolo.
