SA veteran actor Sandy Mokwena dies

JOHANNESBURG, January 25 (ANA) - South African veteran actor Sandy Mokwena, better known for his role as "Bra Eddie" in the e.tv soapie Scandal!, has died at the age of 68.

Morning television programme Sunrise, which airs on e.tv, announced the actor's passing on twitter Thursday morning. Details remain sketchy but some reports say Mokwena had been admitted in hospital a few days ago.
