At just eleven years of age, Valentine's achievements when it comes to protecting planet earth would probably put most of us to shame.
It all started when at the age of six, the Durban-based youngster was cast as an orca in a school play. He and his parents started to do some research on the massive marine mammal and discovered that they were an endangered species.
Since then Valentine has become a passionate environmental activist. He has hosted an impressive 250 beach clean-ups and raised over R30 000 for the protection of endangered African birds at the Umgeni River Bird Park.
Valentine is also the proud author of the book Protect our Planet.
I'm officially an author ????

Children involved in environmentalism from a young age, can help them better understand the importance of nature & the environment. Children can only make change if adults support us & help us to become the best version of ourselves for our future. #VISIONARY pic.twitter.com/J0IRpfNAFU
