Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are en route to South Africa via a commercial airline and are expected to land in South Africa sometime today.
This is in response to their jet setting lifestyle having come under criticism of late for both the cost to the British taxpayer and the carbon footprint left behind by this mode of transport. The final straw for the public was the irony of Prince Harry's recent trip by jet to attend a climate change conference.
According to CNN’s Twitter page, the Royals seem to be making amends.
