Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli got married in an intimate setting on Saturday, 25th March, in Palm Springs.
The couple met while working on Netflix's series: Orange Is the New Black and began dating in 2014.
In October 2016, the couple announced their engagement with an Instagram post - where Samira was showing off her asscher-cut diamond and yellow-gold engagement ring.
In an interview with Out magazine, Samira shared how Lauren proposed to her:
"She got me up, and we started dancing together, and she pulled a ring from behind the couch … I was completely shocked. I was crying uncontrollably and kept backing away from her … We didn’t tell anyone else for a few days. That was really important to us — to have some time where it was just ours.”
Samira and Lauren wore custom Christian Siriano ensembles.
