New Brighton born veteran actor Dr John Kani is gracing the cover of the prestigious GQ South Africa magazine.

Shared by GQ South Africa on Twitter, we think you'll agree, a more distinguished and good looking 76 year old would be hard to find, to say nothing of his immense talent and work as a cultural activist.

Kani was awarded the GQ Men of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award in Johannesburg on Sunday.  Congratulations Dr Kani - you do the Eastern Cape proud every time!
