2023 is looking to be the year that Netflix finally cracks down on password sharing outside of households.
As competition for viewers intensifies in the streaming entertainment industry, Netflix is looking at making some changes this year.
Hitherto, Netflix has turned a blind eye to password sharing despite their website saying that Sharing Netflix with someone who doesn’t live with you is against their rules.
According to a statement released to the media, while logins will still be shareable within a single home, once every 31 days, your device must log in on your home Wi-Fi network or your account will be blocked.
