Nasty C disappointed just over a 1000 fans at Thembisa's Moriting Park this passed weekend in favour of a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform for a sold out crowd at (#FillUp-) Orlando Stadium.
Zimbi Machaba, the organizer of the Tembisa event, who celebrated a birthday on Saturday, reportedly spent R5000 to fulfill the entertainment needs of the rapper. According to the Sowetan, this R5000 covered the rapper's rider request. The rider included a bottle of Ciroc, three bottles of Mo?t, two bottles of tequilla, two bottles of vodka and snacks.
The contract for the event was signed on 9 September earlier this year. The performer was paid and regardless of the agreement, he failed to make an appearance.
"At 8pm on Saturday a member of Nasty's team, called Darren, said they were experiencing problems and then after 1am Darren texted me saying Nasty C had injured his leg and would set up another date for his show," Machaba said.
However, social media pics have another story to tell. Nasty C was spotted performing at the #FillUpOrlando Stadium.
Machaba is deeply disappointed by this and had the following to say, "Besides the money I've wasted, I've also lost my credibility as a show organiser because of this mess. I want those people to pay me back my money or else I'm involving my lawyers,".
