Singer Michael Buble is set to showcase his new music in a hour-long TV special in November (16).The Haven't Met You Yet is gearing up to release his ninth album Nobody but Me in October (16) and he will fly over to the U.K. to record a 60-minute "entertainment spectacular" in front of a live audience the same month, ahead of its TV broadcast in November (16).Michael Buble at the BBC will mark the first time he has performed songs from the album in the U.K. and he will be accompanied by his band and a 30-plus piece orchestra at the studio in Salford, England. He will also perform classic hits and sit down for a chat about music, much like the 2015 TV special, Adele at the BBC.
?I loved Adele at the BBC and I'm so excited and honoured to have been invited by the BBC to do my own show for them," he said in a statement. "I'm sure it will be a blast.??When you are asked ?would you like to interview Michael Buble and watch him sing?? you don?t say no," presenter Claudia Winkleman joked. "You change your whole life to accommodate this request. I can?t wait." It is likely Michael will also take part a sketch, much like Adele did last year. In the skit, which went viral, Adele auditions with a host of Adele impersonators, who are trying to land a job performing as the star. She donned a fake nose and chin to go undercover but her fellow auditionees soon realised who she was when she began to sing. The one-off show also landed a BAFTA TV Award nomination for Entertainment Programme in March (16) but lost out to reality show Strictly Come Dancing.
