Memorial service held in honour of Olivia Newton-John

Iconic Olivia Newton-John was honored Sunday, February 26, as family and friends gathered to celebrate her life and legacy at a private memorial service held in Los Angeles.

The memorial service was held at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills, a beautiful and historic church that has been a spiritual home for many Hollywood stars over the years. The service was attended by Olivia's family, including her husband, John Easterling, and her daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, as well as close friends and colleagues from the entertainment industry.

The service was led by Reverend Dr. James Lawson and there were several celebrities in attendance, including John Travolta, who starred alongside Olivia in "Grease," and Didi Conn, who played Frenchie in the film. Other notable guests included Russell Crowe, Kylie Minogue, and Hugh Jackman, who all paid tribute to Olivia's talent and influence.

During the service, there were several musical performances in honor of Olivia. Chloe Lattanzi sang a beautiful rendition of her mother's hit song "Magic," while Barry Gibb, Olivia's longtime friend and collaborator, performed "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" in her honor. There were also video tributes from other musicians, including Elton John and Taylor Swift, who praised Olivia's talent and expressed their condolences to her family and fans.

Newton-John died at her ranch in Santa Ynez, California, on the morning of August 8, 2022, after a long battle with cancer  - she was 73 years old.
