With just three days to go to before what will be one of the most watched weddings in television history, Meghan Markle is having to cope with a huge amount of stress.
It is now being reported that 73 year old Thomas Markle will indeed no longer be attending the wedding after news broke that he had in fact colluded with the paparazzi in the staging of some photographs for the tabloids. The stress of the negative media attention has affected his health and he will undergo heart surgery today after having suffered a heart attack.
The Daily Mail is reporting that Thomas is blaming Meghan’s half brother, Thomas Jnr, for the heart attack. They claim that Thomas Markle says the open letter he wrote to Prince Harry advising him to pull out of the wedding caused him extreme stress.
This leaves the important job of walking the bride down the aisle to mum, Doria Ragland. Doria has already arrived in England and mum and daughter will be spending Meghan’s final night as a single woman at Cliveden House Hotel, an old former country residence of Lord Astor.
One of the rooms at Cliveden House Hotel where Meghan and her mom, Doria Ragland, will spend Friday the 18th May.
It is also just 16 kms away from Windsor Castle where the wedding will take place. Harry will be spending the night with his brother at the Coworth Park Hotel
