Louis Tomlinson teamed up with Steve Aoki to create the new single 'Just Hold On'. They performed the song on Saturday, 10 December, at London's Wembley Arena on the X Factor UK stage. The significance attached to the performance was inspired by Tomlinson's mother who passed away on 7 December after losing her battle to leukemia. Her wish for Tomlinson was that he would continue with the surprise performance regardless of whether she would be able to see it or not.
