Local star of the indie-folk scene, Matthew Mole has released a brand-new fan track entitled Good Things just for his fans.
The track, which debuted with great success at a London pop-up show held on the 1st of April in Hyde Park, is a dedication and reminder at the same time, encouraging fans to keep looking up despite how tough times can get. Matthew, known for his special relationship with his fan base, is an eternal optimist, but admits he too has recently been stretched in terms of fear of the unknown, an anxiety most of us suffer from at some time or another.
The track speaks simply to his fans about not letting fear and doubt get in the way of maintaining hope, regardless of how dire a situation may seem at the time. Matthew says, “As cheesy as it sounds, tough times don’t last. There is always hope if you allow yourself to look for it. We have made it this far, and we are still here, so I hope the songs speaks to everyone and lifts them when they need it.”
I’m still thinking about the pop-up show we had in London over the weekend, you were all just so kind ???? I played a brand new song that day, and it comes out next week Friday 14th April! It’s called “Good Things” and you’re gonna love it ???? pic.twitter.com/VoXRrdvg2z
