The 42-year-old reality star is set to appear in the upcoming series of the popular US television show American Horror Story.
The show, co-created by Emmy Award-winning director Ryan Murphy, will see her appear in the 12th season of the horror anthology series alongside established actress Emma Roberts who has appeared in five of the previous seasons.
Murphy told the Hollywood Reporter that the role was written especially for Kim.
Taking to social media she teased her upcoming appearance to her 352m followers.

The 12th series is due to air later this year.
Kardashian has dabbled in acting throughout her career, starting with a 2008 guest appearance on the television series CSI: NY. in which she played the role of Debbie Fallon, a girl who becomes a suspect in a murder investigation. The episode received mixed reviews, with some critics praising Kardashian's performance and others criticizing her acting skills.
The following year, Kardashian made her feature film debut in Disaster Movie, playing the role of Lisa, a shallow young woman who gets caught up in a series of catastrophes. The film was a critical and commercial failure, and Kardashian's performance was widely panned.
Other acting roles include a recurring role on the television series American Dad as well as cameo appearances in films like How I Met Your Mother, Last Man Standing, and Ocean's 8.
