Katlego Maboe has won the case against the mother of his son Monique Muller for misconduct and breaching a protection order taken out against him.
The magistrate ruled that there were no grounds for the protection order.

In the statement, Maboe confirmed that things had “settled into a routine” for the son he shares with Muller, hinting that they had reached some sort of mutual parenting agreement for the time being.
He also thanked his friends and family for their undeniable support throughout the breakdown of his relationship and the public spectacle that ensued after he was exposed for cheating on Muller.
Prior to when the court case began, Katlego Maboe went into virtual hiding late last year after he was exposed for cheating on his former partner and the mother of his child. Katlego found himself at the centre of a cheating scandal in 2020 allegedly with Nikita Murray. Monique also accused Katlego for giving her an STI.
Furthermore, the court has not found any acts of domestic violence that were allegedly perpetrated against Ms. Muller, and as such, the matter has been dismissed.
