Kanye West has admitted that he had serious concerns after his recent ‘slavery’ rant that his wife of just four years, Kim Kardashian would leave him. The often erratic Kanye, not one to hold back when it comes to any topic, had said on the gossip show TMZ that he thought that slavery had been a “choice” for African Americans, at the same time he also defended his right to support Donald Trump.
In a candid interview with the New York Post, the rapper revealed that Kim had completely lost it when Kanye’s comments hit social media and a huge backlash ensued. He told the publication that he seriously thought she was going to divorce him. He subsequently included in one of his track’s the fact that his “missus was screaming” when they went viral. He went on to say,“ I said the idea of sitting in something for 400 years sounds—sounds—like a choice to me, I never said it’s a choice. I never said slavery itself—like being shackled in chains—was a choice ... That’s why I went from slave to 400 years to mental prison to this and that. If you look at the clip you see the way my mind works.”
But, it seems the Kardashians do indeed stand by their men, Kim recently threw a party to celebrate her hubbie’s 41st birthday, the Kardashian ‘dust’ has settled.
Just a week or two ago Kanye told the public that he has been diagnosed with the manic depressive condition, bi-polar disorder. His just released new album ye has reached number one in 41 countries around the globe. A track on the album refers to the disorder, while another refers to Kim’s reaction to his slavery comments.
