Justin Bieber has taken a razor to his head and shaved his hair after vowing to let it grow “down to my toes" earlier this year.

In May, followers will remember, he posted a video on Instagram in which he swung his long blonde locks back and forth to the camera along with a caption that affirmed his commitment to continue to grow his hair.

Yesterday he debuted this look on Instagram.
