Jonah Hill brushes off feud rumours with War Dogs co-star

Jonah Hill has dismissed reports he is feuding with War Dogs co-star Miles Teller.

The actors play childhood friends who launch a money-making scheme as international arms dealers in the new dramedy, but rumours have surfaced suggesting their relationship was actually tense behind the scenes.

The Wolf of Wall Street star Hill recently appeared on shock jock Howard Stern's SiriusXM Radio show and when pressed by the DJ to address gossip he and Teller "f**king hated each other", Jonah insisted, "No, no, no. That's not true."

He went on to explain that while he does like Miles, they "don't hang out very much," since they live in different cities.

Stern noted reports suggested Teller was "difficult" to work with, but Hill continued to defend his co-star, adding, "He's genuinely respectful and nice... His performance in Whiplash was amazing."

Despite all the kind words Hill had for Teller, he admitted their relationship will most likely stay professional, saying, "I don't think we'll end up being best friends in the world, but that's rare. We never argued about each other's acting style or anything."

The Knocked Up actor also had to brush off claims he and director Todd Phillips were at odds during filming, and explained, "We would have disagreements on scenes sometimes, but I would work with him again in a heartbeat."

War Dogs, which is based on a true story, is set for release in the U.S. on Friday (19Aug16).
