Actress Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwayne Wade announced the birth of their baby girl on Thursday.
Their 'miracle' baby was born via a surrogate and is the first child the couple has together; Wade has three sons from previous relationships.

Union has been open about her struggles to have a child and revealed that she has suffered multiple miscarriages caused by a condition called Adenomyosis.
In an interview with Essence, Union stated, "Everyone said ‘you’re a career woman, you’ve prioritized your career, you waited too long and now you’re just too old to have a kid — and that’s on you for wanting a career. The reality is I actually have Adenomyosis."
The couple says Wednesday “will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days.”
