Former Miss World Rolene Strauss will be releasing her very first spoken word album, titled Secrets to My Growth.
The album, which Strauss has been wanting to do for a while, consists of various life lessons, personal stories and 'secrets' that have helped her grow as a person.
In an interview with Channel 24, the 26-year-old said, "I participated in Miss South Africa as a 19-year-old in 2011 and was vastly unprepared. I also couldn't speak English very well. I made such a fool of myself when I didn't understand the question put to me on the final night."
Two tracks, Pretty Hurts, which is a Beyoncé cover, and You Are have already been released with stunning visuals to match.
Secrets to My Growth is available for pre-order on various music streaming services.
The album will be available for purchase on digital platforms from 7 December 2018.
