Nicole Kidman fearlessly shows off her daring skills, after filming a massive spider that just happened to be walking casually near her poolside, ready to take a dip.
The 51-year-old actress and amateur director of the short film, "Spider by my Poolside" successfully captures the massive intruder with the skilful art of editing, what looks like a Tupperware lid and a glass.
The clip shows Kidman calmly approaching the spider, as it scuttles along the pool edge and heads down towards the water.
During the video Kidman's two children, Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, 7, can be heard screaming in the background.
One of the children then says, "Get back mom, step back! It's going in the pool," followed by, "It's a tarantula right mom?"
At the end of the video, Kidman holds up a glass to show she has safely trapped the creature inside using a blue biscuit tin lid.
Laughing, the actress says: "I'm having to take care of this spider. Help!"
Alongside her video, which has now been viewed more than 350,000 times, the animal loving actress wrote: "House guest! Catch and release…spider released unharmed and healthy", followed by an emoji heart.
Kidman is currently filming the second series of TV drama Big Little Lies in Los Angeles, in which she plays abused wife Celeste.
