In February 2017, you will be entertained by a six part series called The Search: E! Host South Africa. The show will follow 8 aspiring presenters who will compete to become the first ever E! Entertainment SA host.
The Managing Director at NBC Universal Global Networks in the UK, Colin McLeod had the following to say, "It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance for for up-and-coming talent from across the country to pursue this uniquq opportunity to become a pop culture ambassador on E! in Africa. E!Entertainment Television continues to invest in original programming and with The Search: E! Host South Africa about to begin production, we are delighted to be showcasing local talent."
The competitors will share a mansion and compete in a series of challenges. Once a week a contestant will be eliminated by a panel of judges. The remaining contestant will become the first ever host of E! Entertainment SA and will cover all future events on behalf of the channel.
