Drew Barrymore planning Halloween dates with ex-husband

Actress Drew Barrymore is planning to reunite with her ex-husband Will Kopelman to take their daughters trick-or-treating for Halloween.The Charlie's Angels star, 41, separated from art consultant Will in April (16) after four years of marriage, and the former couple was officially divorced by August (16).Despite the split, Drew and Will have remained close and the mother-of-two admits making plans and sticking to them is the key to their co-parenting success, with the pair agreeing to meet up for a series of spooky get-togethers for Olive, four, and Frankie, two, at the end of the month (Oct16).

"I think plans," she told Entertainment Tonight of how they manage to work together when it comes to their children. "Constant plans. We, as a family, have three dates for this Halloween."Drew has not shared what she or her girls will be dressing up as for the costume holiday, but she is looking forward to having a little silly fun without being recognised by fans."It's like, the best day ever," she smiled. "It's the only day that's acceptable and not totally creepy to wear a mask, so God bless Halloween! I love it.

The star was presented with the Courage to Care Award, which recognises those dedicated to helping causes related to children's welfare, but before picking up the prize, Drew took a moment on Instagram to express her excitement at meeting fellow guest, Katy Perry.Gushing about the encounter, Drew captioned a photo of the pair, "Oh yeah!
