Dj Sbu will be hosting this year's annual Mzansi Kwaito and House Music Awards.
The awards, which have been running for three years, aim to honour kwaito and house music artists who have contributed to the industry.
In an interview with TshisaLive, Dj Sbu said, “I am excited about MCing the awards, I mean to honour kwaito and house. Obviously, I am not the organiser I am the talent roped in to host the awards. I was booked to come and host the actual awards... so obviously I don't make the decisions, so the organisers are the ones that do that.”
This year’s nominees include Dj Maphorisa, Tipcee, TKZee, Mandoza, Oskido, Distruction Boyz, Mobi Dixon, Black Coffee and more.
The awards ceremony takes place on November 24 at Carnival City.
