One of the world's best-selling female artists of all time has cancelled her upcoming European tour due to health concerns.
Fifty-four-year-old Canadian singer Celine Dion addressed her millions of followers on Instagram on Thursday where she shared her very rare diagnosis.
The singer was diagnosed with Stiff person Syndrome which affects one in a million people.
Dion has won five Grammy awards and has sold over 200 million records worldwide.
An emotional Dion thanked her fans for their love and support in a five-minute-long message.
In January this year, Dion also cancelled her tour in North America citing health concerns.
This is the first time she has opened up about her diagnosis.
