The pictures are shocking, but according to comedian and actor Casper de Vries, there was no foul play involved. Casper is recovering after having been found naked and bloodied in the streets of Linden, Johannesburg.
Feeling rather embarrassed the comedian explained on his Instagram account that he had taken sleeping tablets and washed them down with a gulp of vodka. He also reckons that he wanted to take his dog for a walk and that was why he was outside. He admits to not having much memory of the unfortunate mishap at all. He was found by fellow comedian Deep Fried Man (Daniel Friedman). His dog, Kent, had run off but was later found not far from where Casper lives. It was reported by Netwerk24 that Casper recently started taking anti-depressants.
