American pop girl group, Fifth harmony announced Sunday that Camila Cabello has left the group. The remaining four, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui posted a letter on Twitter wishing Cabello well - they also revealed that they will continue as Fifth Harmony.
It is not clear why Cabello has decided to leave the group. According to Billboard, there has been ongoing tension between Cabello and the other group members.
Cabello has had a taste of fame outside of Fifth Harmony and has people wondering if she will be pursuing a solo career. Cabello collaborated on two successful singles, "I Know What You Did Last Summer”, a duet with Shawn Mendes and "Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly.
