Just months after celebrating winning her conservatorship legal battle, the 40-year-old singer has revealed she is pregnant with her third child.
The US superstar took to Instagram to share the news saying she had got the test after her partner Sam Asghari had teased her about being "food pregnant".
During her protracted legal battle, Spears told the court last November that she wanted to marry Asghari and have a child with him but that she had been forced to use birth control.

Messages of congratulation have been pouring in from her fans as well as from fellow celebrities, including ex-husband Keven Federline with whom she shares Sean and Jayden, who are now 16 and 15, respectively. The mom-to-be gave no indication of how far along she is.
