Teenage actress Bella Thorne has hit out at critics for trying to "shame" her for her sexy appearance. The Blended star, who turned 19 earlier this month (Oct16), has been embracing her womanhood in recent weeks, often showing off her figure in racy outfits on social media, and she reveals her choice of clothing frequently attracts negative remarks online - and she doesn't appreciate the unsolicited advice her critics share.
The actress/singer addressed her detractors as she made her debut in Playboy magazine, featuring in the November (16) issue's No Filter section, which highlights women who are making waves in entertainment. In the short piece, Bella takes aim at those who "try to shame a woman's sexiness", explaining, "People are constantly trying to change me, every second of the day, especially on social media. I'm not fed up with social media, I understand it, but people like to comment on how my image is too edgy, that I'm too edgy, and on how they wish I looked."
"It's a lot of 'do this, don't do that'," she adds.In the accompanying photoshoot, obtained by People.com, Bella pays tribute to late musician David Bowie by posing in a red bomber jacket bearing the Fame icon's name on the back. A second image reveals the teen went topless under the jacket as she displays the curve of her breasts and her bare, toned stomach above the waistline of her leggings.
The former child star's sexy shoot comes just weeks after she revealed she is bisexual in an August (16) Twitter exchange with fans.Bella recently told Maxim magazine she has received some backlash for her remarks, saying, "I have already had people talk s**t to me.
And it comes from people in the industry, not even fans."I've had studios tell me my image is too 'out there', hinting at it but not really saying it."During the Maxim interview, the teen also confessed she finds Demi Lovato "pretty toasty", and gushed about her actor boyfriend Tyler Posey, insisting he's exactly what she looks for in a partner, as he just "gets" her and has "completely accepted who I am as a person".
