If you had your heart set on an absolute banger of a wedding for Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, you might be out of luck. A source told Entertainment Tonight that the newly-engaged couple is planning on keeping things simple, and they're not rushing into planning because they're busy "enjoying their engagement." Go figure!
"Justin and Hailey have been telling friends they want to have a smaller wedding, with close family and friends, nothing too over the top," the source says. "The couple has discussed where they would have their wedding, in either Canada or somewhere in the States (NY or LA)," the source said.
"They've thrown around the idea of having it in possibly both, but it's still the early stages of planning. Justin and Hailey are trying to enjoy the excitement of engagement before fully diving into wedding planning."
Like other sources have said before, this proposal was not as much of a surprise to friends and family as it was to the rest of the world. Justin had been planning on popping the question for "weeks."
"Justin had been planning to propose to Hailey for a couple weeks before he finally did, and he's relieved that weight has been lifted off his shoulders," the source said. "Justin and Hailey are enjoying their time as a newly engaged couple."
Earlier this week, Hailey's aunt Kim Basinger (the ex-wife of her uncle Alec Baldwin), said that she's already picked her bridal party, and her cousins Ireland and Alaia are definitely in it. Plus, Post Malone recently said he'd love to be the flower boy. It's all coming together perfectly!
