She disappeared from our TV screens as the host of Real Talk on SABC 3 quite unexpectedly and left her large fan base wondering when they would see her in action on TV again.
Well, the wait is over, DSTV has announced that Anele Mdoda is the host of the new E! Africa show - Celebrity Game Night! It’s based on the Primetime Emmy Award winning series Hollywood Game Night, a show that took the world by storm.
Here is what you can expect : In each episode, two teams of celebrity guests go up against one another as they play hilarious and outrageous party games that test pop culture knowledge, acting ability and nerves of steel. As the host, Anele will steer the antics of well-known African celebrities over the course of each episode with her usual flair!
She will of course be ably assisted by the show's resident team captains, Jason Goliath and Ayanda Thabethe.
The ten episode series will begin production in Johannesburg this week and will premiere late 2019 on E! (DStv channel 124). Congrats Anele!
