Former president Jacob Zuma is expected to appear in court early next month to face 16 corruption-related charges.
The National Prosecuting Authority is reportedly expected to serve a summons on the former President this week.
However, several media outlets reported on Sunday evening that Zuma’s court date has been pencilled in for 6 April.
It is expected that Zuma’s legal team will challenge the decision by NPA boss Shaun Abrahams to bring fraud, corruption and racketeering charges against the former President.
At this stage it is unclear in which court Zuma is expected to make his first court appearance.
