President Jacob Zuma has received an F from the Democratic Alliance which released its annual report card on the performance of cabinet ministers.
His deputy, Kgalema Motlanthe, received a C.
Other Ministers who received an F alongside the president were Police Minister, Nathi Mthetwa, Minister in the Presidency, Collins Chabane, Labour Minister Mildren Oliphant and State Security Minister, Siyabonga Cwele.
Cabinet ministers who received an A from the opposition were Health Minister, Aaron Motsoaledi, Science and Technology Minister, Naledi Pandor.
