President Jacob Zuma has arrived in Delhi, India, where he is leading a South African delegation to the Fourth BRICS Summit.
The department of International Relations and Cooperation says the Summit will focus on global governance, as well as sustainable development matters.
Spokesperson, Clayson Monyela, says these include issues relating to the global economy, global peace and security, as well as climate change.
Zuma is accompanied by the Minister of International Relations, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Rob Davies, Minister of Economic Development, Ebrahim Patel, Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan as well as a South African business delegation.
