Metalworkers union, Numsa, and the South African Cabin Crew Association say they will brief their members at South African Airways at noon on Sunday, on the Section 150 mediation, which took place under the auspices of the CCMA between the unions and SAA management on Saturday.
Striking SAA workers returned to the national carrier's Airways Park offices in Kempton Park on Saturday for the second day of picketing - aimed at forcing management to give in to their demands.
Workers downed tools on Friday, and are demanding an 8% salary hike, while SAA is offering 5,9%.
The industrial action has forced the airline to cancel domestic, regional and international flights.
