Two Cape Town men killed by "necklace-method"

 Western Cape police say a man was necklaced in Khayelitsha, in one of two incidents reported this weekend.

Police spokesperson, warrant officer November Filander, says the burnt corpse was found in Harare section Sunday morning.

He says the man's feet had been bound with rope.

Filander says another man was found dead in Khayelitsha, on Saturday with a tyre and concrete drain cover on his chest.

He says the killings could be the result of mob justice.
