Three suspected gang members arrested for murder in Worcester

Three men, believed to be gang members, have been arrested in connection with a spate of murders in Worcester in the Western Cape.
Police spokesperson, Captain FC van Wyk says a 37-year-old man was arrested at his home on Friday evening in connection with two murders committed in March and August, while a 30-year old man was arrested soon afterwards in the suburb of Roodewal.
Van Wyk says he is to face four charges of murder, two committed in January, one in March and one in August.
He says the first of the three suspects was arrested in Pretoria North on Wednesday evening.
Van Wyk says he was escorted back to Worcester where he is being detained on two charges of murder, both committed in January.
All three will appear in the Worcester Magistrate's Court on Monday.
