The South African Union of Students has warned of another tertiary education institution shutdown - following a meeting with Higher education minister Blade Nzimande.
Nzimande was set to address the media on Friday afternoon on higher education fees - with an expectation that he would not be able to stick to the demand of another zero percent increase.
However, the press briefing was cancelled with the minister seeking further consultation.
SAUS president Avela Mjajubana said they would call for all institutions to shutdown from Monday.
