A baby boy, who was 12 days old when he was abducted from Cape Town's Groote Schuur hospital on New Year's Day, has been found.
Western Cape police spokesperson, Captain FC van Wyk says a 24-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the crime.
He says investigations led the detectives to the residence of the suspect in Nkanini Informal Settlement, where she and the baby were found.
Van Wyk says the baby was found unharmed and is in good health.
The woman is expected to appear in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Monday on a charge of kidnapping.
