The full extradition hearing of honeymoon murder accused, Shrien Dewani, is set to begin in a UK court on Monday.
Thirty-three-year-old Dewani is accused of orchestrating the murder of his 28-year-old wife Anni, who was shot in a Cape Town township in November 2010.
Last year Xolile Mngeni was convicted of premeditated murder for shooting her.
Prosecutors claimed that he was a hitman hired by Dewani to kill his new wife, something that Dewani has consistently denied.
A five-day extradition hearing is due to start at the Westminster Magistrates' Court.
