A 33-year-old man who was arrested on Friday for his alleged involvement in the violent protest outside the Senekal Magistrates Court earlier this month made a brief appearance in the same court where he was granted bail of R15 000.
NPA spokesperson in the Free State province, Phaladi Shuping, says the case against Stefanus Fourie was postponed to the 20th of November.
Fourie will return to the same court with the former farmer and Senekal businessman, Andre' Pienaar, who was granted bail in the Bloemfontein High Court after a magistrate turned down his initial application.
Shuping says both men face charges of attempted murder, public violence arson and incitement.
Court property was damaged and a police vehicle overturned and set alight during the first appearance of two suspects in the Bredin Horner murder case.
The two suspects charged with Horner's murder will be back in court on Tuesday for their bail hearing to continue.
The 32-year-old Sekwetje Mahlamba and the 44-year-old Sekola Matlaletsa are pleading not guilty.
