A SouthAfrican filmmaker has been found dead in his room at the Blowfish Hotel on Victoria Island, in Lagos Nigeria.
The body of film director Siphiwe Myeza-Mhlambi (25) was found on Monday.
Family spokesperson Victor Dlamini said he was in Lagos to shoot a commercial for Glo, and he had been in the country from 5 January.
Myeza-Mhlambi was the majority shareholder of Cape Town-based 7Films company, which he co-owned with Lourens van Rensburg.
"The cause of death has not yet been established and the family is awaiting details of when the autopsy will be carried out and the results released," said Dlamini.
