The bail application for Nelson Mandela's grandson has been postponed to Tuesday next week, to allow the defense team time to clarify a few issues.
The team handed in four affidavits to accompany their application.
The 24 year old is facing a charge of rape.
The accused walked into a courtroom filled with journalists and accompanied by members of his family on Friday for the case in which he is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.
He made his first court appearance on Monday following his arrest last Friday.
Its alleged that the rape took place in August in a bathroom of a restaurant in Greenside, north of Johannesburg.
