ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa, will kick off the governing party's 106-year anniversary celebrations on Monday by paying tribute to former ANC Presidents.
These include Josiah Gumede, Pixley ka Seme, Albert Luthuli and Langalibalele Duba.
The ANC said in a statement that Ramaphosa would lay a wreath at the graveside of Gumede at the Mountain Rise Cemetery in the Moses Mabhida Region.
His Deputy, David Mabuza, will be at the Luthuli Museum in Groutville in Greater KwaDukuza Region where he too will lay a wreath in honour of the ANC’s founding father.

Monday’s ceremonies, including a cake-cutting event in East London in the early evening, form part of the build-up to the party's 106th-anniversary rally in East London on Saturday, where Ramaphosa will deliver his first January 8th statement.
