The Presidency has declined to comment on Public Protector Thuli Madonsela's finding that President Jacob Zuma and his family unduly benefited from upgrades made to his Nkandla homestead.
Madonsela is currently delivering her findings on the Nkandla report in Pretoria.
She's found that President Zuma and his family unduly benefited from upgrades made to his private Nkandla home by about R246-million.
She also found that some upgrades at Nkandla could have been done in a manner that benefited the broader community.
Madonsela also states in her report that the relocation of two neighbours to upgrade Nkandla was unlawful and came at a cost of 4.2 million rand.
