The Independent Police Investigative Directorate, says a Constable has been arrested in connection with the shooting of two women in Botha's Hill, west of Durban.
Spokesperson, Lizzy Suping, says the officer was attached to the Visible Police Unit at Hillcrest.
She says he was arrested in connection with the murder of the women at his residence on Thursday.
Suping says both women had sustained gunshot wounds on their arms and heads.
She says 11 empty cartridges, four projectiles, and a porn video were found at the scene of the house.
