Police commissioner, General Riah Phiyega, has heaped praise on the police investigators who solved the brutal murder of forensic auditor, Lawrence Moepi.
She says the team worked around the clock to effect the arrest of the suspects, Remember Siphoro and Mpho Nkosi, for Moepi's murder in October last year.
He was shot in the parking lot of his company offices in Johannesburg.
General Phiyega says Siphoro and Nkosi, were sentenced to life imprisonment for Moepi's premeditated murder.
It emerged that Moepi's murder was a crime of passion.
